MAYEM: Members of Mayem Bhuvimochan Nagarik Kruti Samiti (MBNKS) has extended its support to the agitating employees of a mining company who have been served with termination notices. MBNKS President Kashinath Mayekar has demanded that the company retain the employees by providing them all requisite facilities.
At a news conference at Mahamaya Library Gaonkarwada-Mayem, Sakharam Pednekar said a major part of mining activities of the mining company comes under the ambit of Mayem constituency by acquiring 33 lakh sq mtrs of land under lease, due to which the company is bound to retain the employees on their rolls.
Vice President Yeshwant Karbhatkar, Adv Chandrashekhar Naik, Harichandra Tari, Kalidas Kavlekar, Shyam Mainkar, Panchas Kishore Karbotkar, Sanjay Arondekar, Tulshidas Chodankar and others were also present for the news conference.
