Mapusa: A person from Aldona, who had recently arrived from Mumbai tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday.
According to sources, the person had returned to Goa on June 10 and was under home quarantine at his residence after giving his oral swab for testing at Asilo Hospital.

On Friday evening, the patient received a text message about his test report and was shifted to the COVID hospital by an ambulance.
Health Department officials stated that the family has been has been asked to remain under home quarantine and testing of all his contacts will be done.
