18th June Road is the main artery of Panjim. Along the footpath that runs parallel to a Hotel, one can see the neglected state of broken vases, almost dead palms, women selling fruits at the southern end, displaced pavers, etc. Has the corporator of this zone ever seen this repulsive state of affairs of my once beautiful city? Does the corporator ever walk along this footpath?
