Will we get good quality roads in Goa?

The government has made helmet compulsory which is good for the safety of the bike riders. The RTO imposes fines even in villages if the bike rider is without a helmet. But what about the condition of roads which are in a very bad shape and which are prone to accidents?
The main problem the government needs to solve is to provide good quality roads for all the citizens of Goa.
At Agassaim where the bridge work is going on, so many potholes have developed making it difficult for the bike riders and also for the smooth flow of traffic.
In the Gulf and other advanced countries of the world, citizens get good roads to ride their vehicles.
In India despite paying high taxes citizens do not get good quality roads. When will the government wake up and provide these basic facilities for the people of Goa?
Goa being famous across the globe as a tourist destination, the condition of the roads has to be taken care of throughout the year since we get tourists visiting Goa all the year round.
There is no proper supervision done when the hot mixing of the roads takes place, no proper level for the road with slope for the rain water to pass by. Thus the roads get spoiled within one shower of rain.
It is high time that the government repair the quality of the roads to avoid accidents. These problems are highlighted in the newspapers so often and also brought to the notice of the concerned ministers in charge, but there is no solution to the problems till date.
Every year it is the same pathetic conditions of the roads after monsoons.
