Canva users in India faced a technical glitch on Monday, leaving many unable to access the photo editing app. Several users reported that opening the app resulted in a “Server Error” notification, preventing them from using its tools or downloading images.
The outage affected multiple platforms, including iOS and web browsers. On the Comet browser, Canva loaded but did not allow image downloads, while the iOS app displayed a message saying: “Something isn’t working on our end. You can try again in a few seconds, or check the status page for updates and help.”

So far, Canva has not issued an official statement regarding the disruption. According to Downdetector, over 200 reports of issues were logged within a short time frame, highlighting widespread user impact. Users are waiting for the service to resume normal operations.
