Mopa: Hundreds of aggressive labourers working at the Greenfield Mopa Airport site stopped the work for the airport and protested. The workers demand their salary, which is due for more than six months. They also attacked the ATC and admin building with stones, as well as damaged five four-wheelers. Pernem police are at the site, however, the company is yet to file any complaint in this matter.
According to sources, the contractor under whom the labourers are working has not paid their salaries, while the company has already paid the contractor.
