SIOLIM: The driver, who was involved in the tragic accident, which occurred on the Siolim-Chopdem Bridge, has been remanded to seven days police custody.
The driver Shekhar Satyanarayan Dubey (34), resident of Vadhwa Meadown, Bhoiwadi, Kalyan, Mumbai (W), was arrested.
PI Navlesh Desai said that the accused was produced before JMFC, Mapusa and has been remanded to seven days police custody.
It may be recalled that Joao Fernandes and his son Judas from Morjim were killed in the tragic accident on Sunday after a Maharashtra registered vehicle rammed into their car.
