BJP’s Curchorem MLA Nilesh Cabral, pointed out that a large number of permissions have been granted illegally by local bodies based on the RP-21 and RP 2001, which is used as a reference plan by the TCP Department. Aldona MLA Glen Ticlo also raised concerns about increasing illegal constructions in the absence of a land plan.
