The Bombay High Court at Goa has granted bail to Sairaj Govekar, who is accused in the attempt-to-murder case involving activist Rama Kankonkar.
During the hearing, the prosecution did not oppose Govekar’s bail application. It submitted that he could be released on the same conditions imposed on co-accused Suresh Naik alias Bookie.

After considering the submissions, the court granted bail to Govekar in the case subject to the applicable conditions.
