MAPUSA: There is a high level of anxiety in Calangute as a person who was present for the Ganesh idol immersion ceremony tested positive. The news has created panic as there were hundreds who had also attended the immersion of Sarvajanik Ganesh idol of Calangute recently. There has also been criticism for the lack of social distancing and other safety norms.
