“I do not favour elections before completion of five years (that is in March 2017). Two months before that there will be the election code of conduct imposed,” Parsekar said.
He said the government has to complete several development works before the elections. “The elections will be on schedule and our government will come back to power,” he said.
Asked whether he faces a threat in his constituency as the opposition has united against him, he said, the way they have stood in a similar way they will fall.
