MARGAO: A complaint has been filed against the Assistant Engineer of Water Resource Department for dereliction of duties in the Poonam Pandey obscene video case.

Gaurang Prabhu Malkarnekar, journalist from South Goa has filed a complaint with the Superintendent of Police South Goa, Secretary Water Resource, and Vigilance Department requesting for investigation against Allabaksh Kundagaol, Assistant Engineer Sub Division II, Works Division XI, WRD, Canacona for dereliction in duties and likely criminal conspiracy in the Poonam Pandey’s obscene videos case.
The complainant has alleged that the complaint filed by the AE is also an attempt to hide his role in the commission of the offence.
