PANJIM: Comunidade employees attached to the office of the administrator of comunidades, central zone have said that they have not received salaries since June.
In a press note issued here, they have alleged that for years the employees have been making representations to the government asking it to absorb them, claiming that working in the comunidade is fraught with uncertainty and they are hard pressed to meet even necessities.
They also alleged that they are not rewarded like other government servants and are at present functioning without an administrator as the person appointed to the post has not taken charge.
