MAPUSA: The cross- examination of the victim in the sexual assault case filed against the former Editor-in-Chief of Tehelka, Tarun Tejpal has been adjourned till November 11 by the Additional District and Sessions Court at Mapusa on Wednesday.
The matter has been adjourned due to the medical condition of Tejpal’s lawyer.
Now the matter will be heard from November 11 to 14.
During the hearing on October 21 and 22, Tejpal’s lawyers had an in-camera cross-examination of his accusers.
Tejpal was accused of sexually assaulting a female colleague in November 2013. After which he was arrested in the same year and is currently out on bail.
