MAPUSA: Mapusa SDPO Jivba Dalvi along with PI Somnath Majik of Colvale Police Station conducted an awareness programme on cybercrime at Shantadurga HSS, Pirna, recently.

Dalvi gave a detailed talk about new trends of cybercrime and briefed the students about cyber threats/activities namely identity theft, credit card fraud, data stealing, cyberstalking, the humiliation of girls, spreading pornography, etc. while PI Cyber Pravin Pawar briefed them about the misuse of mobile phones and made participants aware as to how cyber crimes are carried out through Internet, social media platform, websites, etc.
