PANJIM: Railway Board and Konkan Railway commenced the Mangaluru Central-Madgaon Jn daily special train, on Monday. Train No 06602 Mangaluru Central-Madgaon Jn Daily Special (fully reserved) will leave from Mangaluru Central at 5.30 hours and reach Madgaon Jn at 14 hours on the same day. Train No 06601 will leave from Madgaon Jn at 14.30 hours and will reach Mangaluru Central at 21.40 hours on the same day.
The train will halt at Mangaluru Jn, Thokur, Surathkal, Mulki, Nandikur, Padubidri, Innanje, Udupi, Barkur, Kundapura, Senapura, Bijoor, Mookambika Road Byndoor (H), Shiroor, Bhatkal, Chitrapur, Murdeshwar, Manki, Honnavar, Kumta, Mirjan (H), Gokarna Road, Ankola, Harwada, Karwar, Asnoti, Loliem, Canacona and Balli stations.
