VASCO: Laying of pavers and construction of drains work was launched at Saibini Bhat, Nonmon, here, on Wednesday by Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida in presence of Mormugao Municipal Council Chairperson Nandadeep Raut and other councilors.
Chairperson Raut commenced the works by breaking of coconut. St Andrew’s Church Parish Priest Fr Gabriel Coutinho gave blessings in the presence of Vasco MLA Almeida, Councillor Deepak Naik, Fredrick Henriques, Yatin Kamurlekar, Lavina D’Souza and others.

The estimated cost of the works is around Rs 41 lakh.
