Goa Forward Party candidate for the Karapur Sarvan Zilla Panchayat constituency, Shri Swapnil Fadte, filed his nomination for the upcoming ZP elections on Tuesday.
He was accompanied by Goa Forward General Secretary (Organisation) Durgadas Kamat and North Goa District General Secretary Santosh Kumar Sawant during the filing process.
