Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai alleged that BJP leaders are directly linked to illegal pub and nightclub operations and are collecting hafta, claiming he holds evidence to prove it. He further remarked that after the ‘Mhaje Ghar’ scheme, the government now appears to be promoting a ‘Mhaji Pub’ model. Sardesai asserted that he would ensure both the BJP and Congress are shown the door.
