Goa Govt Recommends Seven Police Officers for CM’s Police (Gold) Medal on Liberation Day 2025

The Goa Government has recommended seven police personnel for the prestigious Chief Minister’s Police (Gold) Medal for Meritorious Service, to be awarded on the occasion of Goa Liberation Day 2025. The annual honour recognises exemplary service, dedication, and integrity displayed by officers in the Goa Police force.
The list of recommended recipients includes officers from various specialised units and police stations across the state:
Sagar P. Ekoskar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Security
Rajesh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Crime Branch, Ribandar
Sudiksha S. Naik, Lady Police Inspector, AHTU & Women and Child Protection Unit, Margao
Subhash R. Malvankar, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Saligao Police Station
Bhalchandra V. Sawant, Security Unit, Panaji
Melwin Dias, Sanguem Police Station
Amardeep Choudhary, Maina Curtorim Police Station
The selection highlights the officers’ consistent performance and notable contribution to law enforcement, crime prevention, and public safety in the state.
The awards will be formally presented during the Goa Liberation Day celebrations, honouring the officers for their meritorious service to the people of Goa.
