MARGAO: The villagers of Chandor, Cavorim and Guirdolim have come together to form a helpline to assist the residents of the three villages in time of the pandemic and the restrictions imposed by the government with regards to movement by people.

This helpline group will provide anything and everything including groceries to the people as per their requirement and those facing financial problems will be provided the essentials free of cost.
The 12 member committee has prominent people from the village in it like the President and General Secretary of Chandor Club Felix Furtado and Joy D’Silva respectively. Well known activists Sita Antao and Anthony Pereira are also amongst others who are part of the helpline group.
