MARGAO: Former sarpanch of Chandor Cavorim Village Panchayat Albert Pereira passed away on Tuesday due to a heart attack. He was the sarpanch of the village in early 80s. Albert was ailing for some time and in fact used to undergo dialysis and is survived by two sons Alwyn and Ashley and a daughter Anchita.
