JMFC judge tests COVID positive, cases shifted

MARGAO: The staff from Judicial Magistrate First Class Court (JMFC), here, besides lawyers who attended the hearings are in the grip of fear, as one of the judges tested COVID-19 positive. 

Adv Amey Prabhudesai, confirming the news said, “The cases pertaining to the concerned court and which were supposed to come up for the hearing next few days has been transferred to another judge. The court premises will be sensitised. All the lawyers who had attended the hearings in the concerned court have been requested to take precautions, besides the staff.”
