VASCO: Vasco police registered a kidnapping case against some unknown person. Police disclosed that a 16-year-old girl from Vasco has been reported missing since January 31. The victim’s mother lodged a complaint after her daughter failed to return home late in the evening. Since, the victim is a minor, the police have registered the case of kidnapping against some unknown person under Sec 363 of IPC and Section 8 of Goa Children’s Act.
