PORVORIM: The Mapusa Carnival 2013 Committee will organise the Carnival from February 9 to 12.
Briefing reporters, Mapusa Carnival 2013 Committee Chairperson Sudhir Kandolker stated that Deputy Chief Minister, Francis D’Souza, will inaugurate the festival at Bodgeswar Temple on February 9 at 6 pm. There will be a fancy dress competition, Goan folk dance and a live band by Black Rock.
