MARGAO: Colva Police traced Ashish Naik, the youngster from Benaulim, who was missing for quite some time and brought him back to his home. Police Inspector Filomeno Costa disclosed that he returned to Goa only because the police brought him.
“From the time I received the missing person complaint, I have been tracking his mobile which was shifting locations constantly,” said Filomeno disclosing that Ashish had moved from Pune to Mumbai and had even come to Panjim in between.
“He was finally traced and picked up from Sawantwadi and brought to Goa yesterday. He is not speaking anything and we cannot say why he left his house,” said Filomeno.
