MARGAO: An Additional Sessions Judge in Margao has rejected the bail application moved by Abdul Qadar who is accused of shooting to death his childhood friend Fayaz Khatib at a bar at Davorlim on September 26, 2017 and Abdul continues to remain in judicial custody.
It may be recalled that Abdul had shot Fayaz alias Chotu dead as they were having a drink at a bar at Davorlim where he suddenly pulled out a crude gun to show Chotu and while joking about the gun being loaded just shot at Fayaz who died on the spot.
