PANJIM: The Nationalist Congress Party-Goa Pradesh has organized Workers’ Convention on at Sant Gadge Maharaj Hall, Porvorim on February 12, at 6 pm, which will most likely see the announcement of a new state president, by its supremo, Union minister, Sharad Pawar himself, NCP office bearers said. The front runner is Nilkant Halarnkar.
