The Colva police arrested one person for trespassing into a school at Varca and allegedly assaulting a KG student on Tuesday.
Colva police informed that the accused Avertino Baracho was arrested under section 448, 323 and 504 of the IPC, besides section 8 of the Goa Children’s Act following a complaint lodged by the school management.
In the complaint, it was stated that the accused allegedly trespassed into office of the complainant and heaped abuses, before entering the classroom and assaulting a KG student.
The police are investigating.
