MARGAO: Margao Police on Monday arrested one Santosh Yadav (29), residing in Ravanfond-Margao, and a native of Bihar for stabbing Toufiq Shaikh (26) with a knife.

Police said one Mohiddin Narangi of Tolleand, Dicarpale-Davolrim lodged a complaint at Margao Police Station alleging that at a bar near Fire Station Road, Margao, alleged accused person Santosh after sudden provocation assaulted his brother-in-law Toufiq, a bus conductor with a knife on his stomach causing injury.
