A ferry travelling from Tiracol to Keri got stranded in the middle of its voyage in the Tiracol River after it reportedly ran out of diesel. There were 10 passengers and vehicles in the vessel while it was travelling to the other side.
The RND Minister has said that he has ordered an inquiry into the ferry boat stopping mid-river. “Ferry boats do not stop due to diesel,” he said while assuring inquiry.
