Vasco police arrested two labourers for allegedly raping and murdering a five-year-old child in Vaddem. The arrested accused persons Murari Kumar a Painter and Upnesh Kumar are workers at the construction site where the girl was found lifeless.
The case has been registered and the accused have been identified as Murari Kumar Painter (24) and Upnesh Kumar (22), both of whom were workers at the construction site where the body was found. Both have been booked for sexual assault and murder, under the sec of 376, 302 IPC, section of POCSO act and section of Goa child Act.
