In the first half, Cortalim had a chance in the 18th minute but Clinton Fernandes’ right-footer missed the target. Changing ends, Ambelim came up with new ideas and repeatedly raided on the rival territory. They finally scored in the 52nd minute as goalkeeper of Cortalim Jhonny Vaz failed to collect the ball and Neil Colaco placed the ball to the far end of the net. Ambelim SC will take on Parish Youth Nuvem in the semi-final.
