Betalbatim enter semis

MARGAO: Betalbatim Sporting Club defeated St Anthony Sports Club, Colva 2-1 to enter the semi-finals of all-Goa Fr Basilo Andrade memorial inter-village football tournament, organized by AA De Majorda, at Musson ground, Majorda, on Friday. The teams were tied 1-1 at the lemon break.

Crossing over, Betalbatim Sporting Club showed urgency and troubled the rival defence with well orchestrated raids. Ricky Fernandes sealed the rival fate with a snap shot.
