PANJIM: Progress HS, Sanquelim and Mushtifund HS entered the finals of all-Goa Germania Trophy inter-school cricket tournament organized by Panjim Gymkhana at Bandodkar ground, Campal, here.
In the first match, Progress got the better of Mother of Mercy English HS by five wickets.

Batting first, Mother of Mercy scored 95/8 in 20 overs. Maruti Huggi 37, Aniket Naik 13, Shaheel Sharma 13. Viraj Gaonkar 2/21, Bablo Gawas 1/8, Mayuresh Narvekar 2/20, Navin Usapkar 2/15.
In reply, Progress overhauled the tally in 19 overs for the loss of five wickets. Shrinath Paranjape 28, Rohit Naik 13, Viraj Gaonkar 20, Navin Usapkar 18.
In another match, Mushtifund crushed Don Bosco HS by 92 runs. Mushtifund elected to bat and scored 126/2 in 20 overs. Pranav Shirodkar 51 not out, Tunish Sawkar 51.
In reply, Don Bosco HS were bundled out for a meager 34 in 12 overs. Prajyot Rivonkar 12, Shambhu Pilarnkar 2/4, Pranav Shirodkar 2/3, Harishikesh Pilarnkar 2/2.
