“If we human persons need to enjoy holistic health we must realise that the fundamental elements comprise clean air, water and food, decontaminated in entirety. However, everyone’s experience today is to the contrary. To protect, preserve and promote a healthy environment and ecology, all members of society must make a firm concerted effort with ‘action plans’ to meet specific needs in the given area. This is not a favour to others but a necessity for the healthy preservation of self in harmony with others,” the statement further said calling for care for the environment as well.
