BICHOLIM: Damodar Krishna Ghadhi was on Wednesday elected as vice chairperson of Sanquelim Municipal Council (SMC) by 7 -6 vote margin.
It may be recalled that the post had fallen vacant after the former vice-chairperson Kunda Madkar was ousted in a no-confidence motion.
