Canacona police have arrested 30-year-old Mohd Farman, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly possessing 28.9 grams of MDMA along with Rs 5,78,000 in cash near the Canacona bus stand.
Authorities said the seizure highlights ongoing efforts to curb drug-related crimes in the region. Farman has been taken into custody, and further investigation is underway to determine the source and intended distribution of the narcotics.
