This escalation comes after North Goa’s Principal District and Sessions Court quashed the construction license issued to Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC). The court also set aside orders from the Deputy Director of Panchayat and Block Development Officer (BDO), citing procedural irregularities in approvals for the commercial development.
