PERNEM: A hotel employee drowned off the Morjim beach on Saturday. Locals claim that he was under the influence of alcohol when he proceeded towards the sea.
Police stated that Kamal Arya,32, a native of Uttarakhand was working at a hotel in Ashvem and partied along with his friends a few moments before the incident.
