The conflict involving Israel, Iran and the United States intensified on the seventh day as fresh missile attacks and retaliatory strikes were reported across the region.
Iran launched a new wave of missile attacks targeting Israel and several US military bases in the Middle East. Israeli defence systems intercepted multiple incoming missiles, preventing major damage in several locations.

At the same time, Israeli forces carried out strikes on positions belonging to Hezbollah in Lebanon. Reports said at least eight people were killed in the strikes.
The ongoing conflict has resulted in significant casualties. More than 1,300 people have reportedly been killed in Iran, while over 70 people have died in Lebanon and around a dozen in Israel. The United States has also confirmed the deaths of six American troops during the fighting.
Amid the escalating tensions, the United States Embassy in Kuwait was shut down following retaliatory strikes launched by Iran.
The conflict has also had a major impact on the global economy. International markets have been shaken, oil prices have surged and shipping traffic through the vital Strait of Hormuz has slowed significantly due to security concerns.
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump signalled that Washington could play a role in shaping Iran’s future leadership amid the escalating crisis.
The situation in the Middle East remains volatile, with the possibility of further escalation as military operations continue across multiple fronts.
