PANJIM: Adv Aires Rodrigues on Saturday filed a complaint with the Chief Secretary over the non- functioning of the morgue at Goa Medical College in Bambolim.
Rodrigues, in his complaint, has stated that after almost five years the Rs 40 crore worth new morgue is not yet operational with post-mortems still being conducted in the old and dilapidated morgue.
