Director of Animal husbandry Siddhivinayak Naik, has been transferred after an inquiry has found him guilty of code violation on the recruitment issue.
According to Chief Secretary Sanjay Srivastava the director of Animal Husbandry has been found guilty of conducting recruitments even after the code of conduct came into force on December 3.
“We have taken action and transferred him to the secretariat and accordingly informed the CEO,” he said.
The BJP had complained to the Chief Electoral officer that the government departments were violating code and conducting recruitment based on which the CEO asked for an explanation from various departments.
The case pertaining to the Animal husbandry department was investigated by Secretary VP Rao, who has found the director guilty and has recommended his transfer.
