A 40-year-old local fisherman, identified as Umesh Dabolkar, a resident of Nerul, is feared drowned after reportedly falling from a fishing boat near Sinquerim Beach.
The incident occurred while Dabolkar was reportedly fishing in the area. Following the incident, a search and rescue operation was launched to locate him.
