According to Bicholim police, the victim’s parents complained that the accused forcibly took the minor girl to an isolated place and had sexual intercourse with her.
The complainant further stated that the accused person threatened the girl with dire consequences if she disclosed the fact to anyone. Bicholim police registered the case under Sections 363, 376, 506 IPC and Section 8 (1) (2) of Goa Children’s Act & 4 of POCSO Act. Police is investigating
the case.
