The Cuncolim police have registered a case of misappropriation against a transport company after two truck load of steel goods worth Rs 10.21 lakh which were headed to Kochi in Kerala have not reached the destination as yet.
Cuncolim PSI Prasanna Bhagat said two trucks had left the Shirdi Steel unit in the Cuncolim Industrial Estate on October 28. A complaint received from the company stated that the trucks have not yet reached Kochi and has asked the police to register a case against the transport company operating from the Cuncolim Industrial Estate.
The police are investigating.
