PONDA: The school peon, Shekhar Gaude, who has been accused of molesting a girl student, surrendered before the Ponda police on Thursday morning.
Police booked an offence against him and he was later granted bail by the Ponda JMFC on Thursday.
It may be recalled that the victim’s mother had filed a police complaint on Wednesday, accusing Gaude of molesting her daughter on December 20, 2012 during an annual social gathering.
