A group of minor youths from São José de Areal were allegedly attacked by assailants armed with knives and sticks near Gudi Canal, leaving three injured.
One of the victims sustained serious injuries and required 35 stitches. He is currently undergoing treatment at the District Hospital Margao. The other two injured youths also received medical attention for their wounds.
