Youth killed in Khandepar mishap

A youth from Bazaar-Khandepar died on the spot while his brother-in-law was critically hurt when their motorcycle and a truck collided with each other on the Khandepar Bridge on Saturday night.
According to reports, the mishap took place at about 8.30 pm as Sandeep alias Gama Chandrakant Naik (25) and his brother-in-law, Prabhakar Gaonkar (45) of Usgao were proceeding towards Khandepar on a Hero Honda Passion motorcycle.
Sandeep died on the spot, while Prabhakar sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the GMC hospital.
