PANJIM: The Corporation of the City of Panaji Thursday resolved to send the city pay parking proposal to the Collector for notification as well enforce ban on plastics.
In August 2012, the CCP had resolved to introduce pay parking in the city and the plan was introduced in principle. The CCP has also banned use of plastic carry bags in its jurisdiction arguing that Corporation was finding it difficult to tackle the dry waste that was being dumped along the road sides.
